If traffic flow is important to you, this layout works adequately, though a bathroom entry directly from the main living space would be more guest-friendly. Overall, this is a solid, efficient floor plan for a single occupant or couple.
I would skip the office and turn that space into the kitchen, opening up the whole area. Right now the office feels stuffy, dark, and a bit awkward, and since it’s also the entrance to the home, it gives a strange vibe overall.
